We do not accept returns for clearance items, digital downloads, and/or opened wristpacks. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc.. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return items in original packaging with your order number. If you order a hat, return it in it's original box to keep from damaging the item. We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time.
