We do not accept returns for clearance items, digital downloads, and/or opened wristpacks. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc.. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return items in original packaging with your order number. If you order a hat, return it in it's original box to keep from damaging the item. We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. However, we cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges.If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
